19. Preston North End Football Club
Deepdale is a prestigious footballing venue. North End supporter or not, football purists must recognise that the Lilywhites' home ground is steeped in history and holds the privileged title of being the oldest professional footballing site in the world in continuous use. 20. Warburtons Ltd
Warburtons is a British baking firm founded by Thomas Warburton. One of its sites is based in Burnley. It produces more than two million of their famous wax wrapped loaves, bagels, crumpets, pancakes and bread rolls a day. 21. Cuckoo Gin

23. Preston Bus Station
Preston bus station was designed by the Preston based architects Keith Ingham and Charles Wilson, from the British Design Partnership. Construction of the bus station was completed in October 1969, by Ove Arup and Partners, and was the largest bus station in Europe. The bus station was able to provide cover for 80 double-decker buses, which could be parked comfortably in rows forty vehicles wide as well as an 1100 place car-park. Photo: UGC
24. KFC Preston - the first in the UK
