Bobby and Danni follow the Yellow Brick Road

Children’s classic the Wizard of Oz, starring comedian Bobby Davro and children’s TV star Danni Harmer is the attraction at the Opera House on April 19.

Danni, famous with children everywhere for her role as Tracey Beaker on CBBC takes the man role as Dorothy.

She is better known by grown-ups for her appearances on BBCTV’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Comedy star Bobby plays the scarecrow whose abiding wish is to have a brain of his own in the story made famous by the movie starring Judy Garland.

Join Kansas farm-girl Dorothy and her pet dog Toto on this magical adventure suitable for all ages.

The pair are picked up by a tornado and carried off to the magical Land of Oz. With help from their new friends the Munchkins, they to travel to the Emerald City where the great Wizard of Oz lives.

On their way they meet a Scarecrow who needs a brain, a Tin Man who wants a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who desperately needs courage.

Will the wonderful Wizard of Oz be able to help them before the Wicked Witch of the West captures them in her dungeon?
