I speak a lot about patience and trusting the process.
People struggle with the concept of gradual progress – it isn’t fast enough and they want results yesterday.
I call this the Amazon effect. We are now so conditioned to getting things immediately. Need something tomorrow? Next day delivery.

You see, we no longer have to wait for most things, which has made us more impatient when it comes to those we do still have to wait for.
Rather than trusting the process they are on, people are constantly looking to get somewhere faster.
This is why fad diets do so well in the current climate – people are willing to sacrifice sustainability for speed, and as a result they usually regain a lot of the weight they had lost.

Hide AdQuicker is not always better, especially where fitness is concerned.
Make steady progress and get better each week.
That way, not only will the process be more sustainable and enjoyable... but chances are the results will last.
