The tie was confirmed after Rovers beat Nottingham Forest 5-1 in their fourth round clash last night.

The young Seasiders, meanwhile, made the last eight of the competition after beating Ipswich Town 2-0 at Portman Road last week.

Blackpool have already beaten the likes of West Ham United and Southampton to reach this stage.

A date will be confirmed in due course.
