It's fair to describe Colby Bishop's failed 'move' as a transfer saga. After crashing Portsmouth's bid for the striker at the last minute, Blackpool's move would eventually come crashing down after an issue was raised with his medical. 9. A bad breakup
The news of Neil Critchley's surprise departure came while our Blackpool FC writer Matt Scrafton was off on holiday. Upon his return, and after a time for reflection, he penned a thoughtful column which described his exit as a "bad breakup". This will-read piece certainly seemed to resonate with supporters.
