To date, 11 players have arrived at Bloomfield Road since the end of last season, with all of them aged between 20 and 25.
Despite only being aged 27 himself, Turton is now considered to be one of the more experienced players in the Blackpool team.

Hide AdIn fact, following Nathan Delfouneso’s exit from Bloomfield Road earlier in the summer, the defender is now the longest serving player at the club.
Turton told The Gazette: “There’s been a big switcharound, so I feel old now compared to some of the lads!
“You have to try and take it upon yourself to be more of a senior player and try and be a bit of a leader on and off the pitch.
“I only found out recently after Delf left that I’m now the longest serving player at the club, which surprised me a little.
