Van loses tyre after crash with car causes substantial damage to both vehicles in Cleveleys

Minor injuries reported after a van and car collide in Cleveleys, resulting in a substantial amount of damage.

Police attended a crash involving a car and a van on North Promenade at around 2.40pm today (April 24).

Photos from the scene show both vehicles sustained substantial damage in the collision, with the van losing one of its tyres due to the impact.

Officers have confirmed there were minor injuries as a result of the crash.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "It’s a collision between a van and a car.

"Happened at about 2.40pm today. Minor injury."

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
