Around 50 taxis drove past the Vic at 8pm as the country came together to clap once again for the frontline key workers.

A number of drivers from C Cabs, Premier, BlackTax and Whiteside Taxis all made their way to do a drive past the Whinney Heys Road hospital and they were joined by recovery drivers from Macadam Rescue in the convoy.

Some of the resort’s RAC and AA recovery drivers also turned up and parked their vans outside A&E to join in the clap in which dozens of the hospitals staff came outside as well.
