Jim Mowbray, prosecuting, said a woman in a block of flats at St Davids Road North heard a crash on December 6 at 12.30am and saw the glass panel in a vestibule door smashed.

Ainsworth said she had argued with a friend and thrown an electric heater.

Ian Huggan, defending, said his client, who apologised, had intended going to her mother’s.
