Hide AdAlison Quanbrough, prosecuting, said Lakhlifi was made the subject of a one-year restraining order which prohibited him from contacting his mother or going near her home on September 28.
On October 15 he went to her address and then threw a stone which hit her in the back.
When interviewed, Lakhlifi said he did not remember being at his mum’s. He had drunk some beer and smoked some cannabis.
At the time of the offence he was on a suspended prison sentence for breaching the order.
