Hide AdProsecutor, Pam Smith, said police saw Sirbu driving a Volkswagen Golf on the resort’s Princess Street, on October 7 at 8.45pm.
Checks revealed he had been disqualified for 21 months in December 2016 for an offence of driving with excess alcohol.
He claimed he had forgotten about the ban.
