Scott Hopkin, 29, of Broadway, was given the order at Preston Crown Court after he was found guilty of grooming who he believed was a 14-year-old boy.

Appearing at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court, he admitted possessing indecent photographs and downloading dating apps to his phone.

Prosecutor Catherine Allen asked for Hopkin to be returned to the crown court for sentencing.

He was bailed pending an appearance there, which was set for June 11.
