The force said the teenagers were arrested after a group of around eight teenagers went on an ASB spree around South Shore yesterday evening.

During their rampage, the group ambushed a lone PCSO who had been out on patrol in response to reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.

The gang hurled objects at her patrol car, forcing her to lock herself inside and call for back-up, as they hammered on the windows and tried to pull the doors open.
