Cheryl Crawford, prosecuting for the probation service, said Wallace was put on a four weeks curfew from 8pm to 7am on December 18 , for two offences of failing to ensure a child’s regular attendance at school.
On January 5 the curfew monitoring home box unit registered a problem.
Wallace contacted the monitoring authorities saying he had had a fight with a police officer and ripped the tag monitoring box off the wall.
Mitch Sarangi, defending, said Wallace had been drinking before the police were called.
