New houses could be built on spare land
The majority will be semi-detached, though a terrace of three homes is planned close to the new estate’s entrance, plans lodged with Wyre Council have revealed.
Some 13 will have two bedrooms, while four will have three bedrooms, if planners given the go-ahead.
A total of 21 car parking spaces have been planned for.

“To maintain the privacy of the surrounding existing houses, while achieving privacy for the tenants of the proposed developments.”

Hide AdThe houses will be built using multi-buff brickwork with contrasting bands, grey and terracotta roof tiles, and will be fenced off with 1.8m-high timber, documents have also revealed.
Nearby residents, and the football club, will now be given the chance to have their say on the scheme, with a decision made by town hall planners in the near future.
