The Be Inspired Business Awards – the BIBAs – will audition for judges to select the winners for its 18 categories for the first time, with organisers saying places are only available for the very best.

There will be interviews in the coming months to select judges ahead of the launch of the 2014 awards in January.

“We have consistently managed to get members of our business community to pick our winners and we have already got a number coming forward to fill the role again, even though our awards ceremony is 10 months away.

“What we are now seeking are people of equal calibre to sit alongside them and ensure only the best win the most sought-after business award in Lancashire. Those selected for next years competition will undergo a comprehensive training programme.
