Loan deal for Town striker

Fleetwood Town striker Jamille Matt has joined Plymouth Argyle on loan.

Matt came off the bench in Town’s 2-2 draw with Sheffield United on Saturday but after only 11 appearances for Town this term he has opted to join the League Two club on loan.

The Town forward enjoyed a loan spell at Stevenage earlier in the campaign and will stay at Argyle until April 9.

A club spokesman said: “The club wishes Jamille well during his stay at Home Park.”
