Just three clubs in League One spent less on agents' fees than Blackpool for the period February 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018.
The Seasiders paid just £33,400 during that time, with only Bury, Gillingham and Oldham Athletic spending less.
It will come as no huge surprise given Blackpool made no signings during the January transfer window, other than loan captures.
They did, however, spend fees on Peter Hartley, Nick Anderton and Scott Quigley during the summer.
The figures, released by the FA today, show Fleetwood Town paid £135,372 - ranking them ninth highest in League One.
The Cod Army signed Paddy Madden from Scunthorpe United in January for what was described as a six-figure sum.
Fleetwood have also spent fees on the likes of Kyle Dempsey and Harrison Biggins during this time period.
The biggest spenders were Blackburn Rovers (£764,024), Wigan Athletic (£557,333) and Charlton Athletic (£425,466).
In total, just over £3.5m was paid by League One clubs to agents and intermediaries in the 12-month period.
In the National League, AFC Fylde paid £5,260.
