Fleetwood Town boss Joey Barton will pit his wits against his former manager Sean Dyche when Premier League side Burnley visit Highbury this pre-season.
Town will host the Clarets on Tuesday, July 23 (7.45pm kick-off).
Barton had two spells as a player at Turf Moor from 2015-16 and in 2017.
The midfielder ended his playing career at Dyche's Burnley, taking on the head coach role at Fleetwood last summer after serving a ban from football for breaching FA betting regulations. It is the first time Barton will test his managerial skills against Dyche.
Town are yet to announce their opponents for the two games to be played during their training camp in Portugal in July, though one is expected to be a Championship club.
Barton's side will start their pre-season programme away to National League Wrexham on Friday, July 5 (7.30pm).
Barton's squad fly out for to southern Portugal two days later and will play games in the Algarve on Tuesday July 9 and Saturday 13.
Town then head to League Two side Port Vale on Wednesday, July 17 (7.30pm) before taking on their former boss Steven Pressley's Carlisle United, also of League Two, on Saturday 20 (3pm).
Last year Fleetwood did not have any home friendlies due to an Alfie Boe concert at Highbury, but this year's pre-season programme will end with a tough home double-header against Burnley and finally Preston North End on Saturday 27 (3pm).
