“We are on a great run of form and and we just want us to keep playing games.”Stockport’s 2-2 draw with Newport was the only Blue Square Bet Premier fixture to beat the weekend freeze.

Town’s match at Field Mill was called off on Friday afternoon and has been rearranged for Tuesday, March 13. Mellon’s men will face Mansfield again 11 days later at Highbury.

The manager also reports that training at their Ansdell base has not been too disrupted by the cold snap.
