The Seasiders already knew they would face League One newcomers Accrington Stanley as well as Macclesfield Town, but today they have also been drawn against West Bromwich Albion’s Category One side.

Fleetwood, meanwhile, will face Leicester City U21s for the second year running, along with Bury and Rochdale.

The date and venue of their fixtures are still to be confirmed.

The Cod Army finished on top of their group last season after winning all three games, only to be knocked out by Yeovil Town in the fourth round.
