Hundreds of Fylde coast hopefuls queued to show off their talents for the first round of X Factor auditions.
The Viva entertainment and cabaret venue hosted the popular reality TV show’s first stage of the audition process – minus the celebrity judges – for two days at the weekend.
Talented singers and musicians waited patiently for their turn to prove themselves to jusges, who decided whether or not they should return for the next round of auditions proper.
Just 40 mobile auditions are being held in towns and cities around the UK as a precursor to the TV cameras filming the potential singing superstars of tomorrow.
Former Blackpool contestant Liam Halewood has been helping the TV production team talent scout in the resort.
