Volunteers committed to hot meals cause in town
Now the Mustard Seed Group in Fleetwood is staging a family fun day event in the hopes of boosting awareness for their cause in the community.
The Mustard Seed Group is an outreach service which also offers advice and signposts people to services that can help them.

Hide AdIt is co-hosting the family fair and barbecue with staff from Marks and Spencer in Cleveleys, which will take place this Saturday from 11am until 3.30pm at St Peter’s Church in Fleetwood.
Attractions will include a balloon artist and magic show, a colouring competition, a bouncy castle, face painting, and a range of stalls from cake stalls to a bottle bola.
There will be live music from Paul Roskell, Georgia Taylor, John Banks and Keely Hill.
Mustard Seed manager Hilary Craig said: “We have a good kitchen that runs every Monday night to help people with different back grounds.”
Recently the group was boosted by a donation from the Rolling Scones Women’s Institute, from Fleetwood.
The Mustard Seed Group soup kitchen is held every Monday night from 6.30pm until 9.30pm.
