The Teanlowe 60+ group will continue to occupy the Teanlowe Community Centre on Queensway, where it has resided since 1988, and will begin paying subsided rent alongside existing running costs.

Wyre Council has been looking to improve the financial performance of the under-used property in light of significant reductions in government funding.
