When Emily Baldwin arrived at church for her grand wedding entrance, the doors wouldn’t open and she found herself locked outside!
But all ended well when the entrance finally opened for Emily to walk down the aisle to her husband-to-be Josh Hocking.
The couple tied the knot at St Helen’s Church in Waddington followed by a reception at Eaves Hall, Clitheroe.
Emily, 22, said: “We met the vicar outside and when it was time he went in through another door to open the main entrance for me.
“The next thing we could see the handles rattling from the inside but they physically couldn’t open it!
“I could hear the music playing - we chose Flying Without Wings - and the whole song had finished by the time the doors finally opened!
“My heart was racing, I was nervous and there was a wasp buzzing round my bouquet - but the whole thing did help me to calm me down.
“When the doors opened and I walked in everyone literally just cheered - actually made the day"
Emily, who is a beauty blogger and is from Cleveleys, met Josh, a caravan sales manager from Lytham, through a dating website.
After meeting for the first time the couple soon fell head over heels in love and their relationship blossomed.
The couple became engaged a year after meeting whilst on holiday with family.
Although Josh had planned a romantic engagement, that didn’t quite go according to plan.
Emily, 22, said: “The actual engagement happened on an ‘I’m A Celebrity’ bet where if Vicky Pattison won, which she did, Josh would propose there and then!”
They married on March 4 and they say their day was filled with much happiness, love and laughter as all their family and friends came together to celebrate their special day.

Guests were entertained by magician Darren Robinson and his amazing tricks, whilst Paul Guard wowed them with his stunning voice.
The evening reception was made even more special when Josh’s siblings band sang the night away
Emily said: “The whole day was breath taking and incredible. It really was the best day off my life!
“I am such a lucky girl to have married my best friend and soul mate.
“Thank you to all our amazing friends and family who made it even more perfect for us’
Josh, 23, added: “The day was absolutely amazing, seeing so many people supporting us meant the world, my advice to anyone thinking about getting married is do it sooner! It was the best day of my life’
The couple live in Cleveleys with their pets, a micro pig and a whippet.
