Sandcastle managing director John Child said the team have transformed their business model making it easier and enhancing the customer experience. There are now two entrances according to your booking time.

All customers now need to pre-book their three-hour swim session online before visiting reducing waiting and queuing times. Wrist bands will be given on arrival.

All staff have undergone vigorous training in new Covid 19 policies and procedures to help and advise visitors when using the waterpark.

There are 40 hand sanitation units situated around the waterpark and traffic light signal systems in place to help visitors practice social distancing and avoid grouping in spaces.

The business has invested heavily in signage and safety videos to help direct and guide visitors at all times.
