Town's tiring week ends with three points
Rosler admitted he was fearing the trip to stadium:mk after Town followed up last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Rochdale with Tuesday’s 2-1 win over Bradford City.
Cian Bolger’s 61st minute header was the difference in Milton Keynes as Town ended a tough week with seven points from nine.

Hide AdRosler is now looking forward to a full week’s preparation for the clash with Northampton Town.
He said: “We are all drained, I am as well.
“It was a hard week, a tough week; sometimes for a young group of players, when you are going through an emotional game like we did on Tuesday, it is not only the 90 minutes it is also the emotions that you spend a lot of energy on that evening.
“Players couldn’t sleep all night and I was fearing Saturday would be a really tough game; to come away under those conditions with three points was fantastic.”
Rosler trialled a new twist on his favoured 3-5-2 shape with Cameron Brannagan playing a number 10 role up front with Devante Cole.

Hide AdRosler was pleased Town utilised their quality on set-pieces as Bolger and Eastham had efforts cleared off the line before Bolger nodded in George Glendon’s corner to take Town up to 58 points, two off an automatic promotion spot.
He said: “It was a very tough week for us against three top teams.
“I said before the game MK Dons is, with the squad they have and the quality of players and experience, in a false position.
“We were, as a team, a little bit disappointed about the first 20 minutes.

“We tried it out, we needed 20 minutes to come into the game, then we got better.
“Second half was an even game, we looked terrific on set-pieces .We had three cleared off the line before we scored, they had one or two more opportunities but in general I think we evened ourselves out in chances and we won the game.
“That is what you need in that league, to stay in games. We have special qualities on set-pieces and we have to use them.”
