“I’m ready to fight for a place in the squad again,” the former Crystal Palace man said.
“I’d say the break has helped me to get that extra time to make sure I’m fully fit for when we start playing again.”
Mystery has surrounded Kaikai’s injury for much of the campaign, with former boss Simon Grayson telling The Gazette it was an issue with his groin/abductor.

Head coach Neil Critchley, speaking to The Gazette at the start of last month, said part of the problem was identifying exactly what the issue was.
But prior to the coronavirus outbreak, Critchley was hopeful of seeing Kaikai back on the pitch sooner rather than later.
The Pool boss said: “That’s partly been the problem – getting to the bottom of his issue.

“If there aren’t, then I’m hoping we can get him back playing in the team before the end of the season.”
