Slow traffic near Preston after accident
Traffic was slow near Preston tonight after a crash on the M6.
The incident happened on the northbound carriageway near junction 31 at Samlesbury.
One lane was closed on the slip road, resulting in some congestion in the area.
Highways England said traffic officers were at the scene.
The lane was reopened at around 5.20pm.
