Here's why the Prom is shut to traffic today
The promenade from North Pier to Starr Gate is closed between 11am-3pm today.
It's for Blackpool Music Run, which will see hundreds of runners take part in a fun run to live music. More information on that here.
Buses will be diverted and the town centre is likely to see heavy traffic.
