Harassment accused is remanded in custody
Mark Howarth is alleged to have repeatedly visited his dad at the shop he works at in Ansdell, asking for money and calling him obscene names.
Howarth, 41, formerly of Derbe Road, St Annes, now living at Levens Grove, Blackpool, who used to live in a tent in a Lytham couple’s garden, pleaded not guilty to harassment.

Hide AdHe is said to have committed the offence between November 7 and December 5 this year.
Jim Mowbray, prosecuting, opposed an application for bail for Howarth by defence lawyer Patrick Nelligan.
Howarth was refused bail and remanded in custody towards trial on January 15 by Blackpool magistrates.
