Brother's thanks as community rallies after death of Lisa Chadderton
An evening of entertainment at the Duke of York pub raised more than £1,400 in memory of Lisa Chadderton, whose death sparked a murder investigation last month.
Her brother, Ashley Holt, hailed the support his family has received since the 44-year-old was stabbed to death.

“What happened to Lisa showed the worst side of humanity but events such as this show the best side and help provide comfort to us.
“It’s a wonderful gesture.”
The Duke of York was her favourite pub and the event on Thursday night in her honour packed the Dickson Road premises.
It featured eight singers who had all given their services for the cause and a host of fund-raising raffles with prizes donated by businesses and individuals. Money raised will go to the family and help cover the funeral costs.

Hide AdMark Gamble, manager of the Graydon Hotel on Banks Street, who also runs the pub and Klubland nightclub, said: “It was a brilliant night and we are so grateful to everyone for their generosity.
“We had hoped to top £1,000 but the total so far is £1,486.55 and is set to rise with donations still coming in. Lisa used to come to us nearly every day for a drink after a day working at the market.
“The way businesses, performers and everyone rallied round to help was wonderful and thanks to everyone for their help is raising so much.
“The money is to try to make this ordeal a little bit more bearable for her family, because the last thing you want to be worrying about is money when you have lost a family member like this.”
