“The songs themselves are simple but about the biggest and most important things: Love, loss, journeying away, coming home, family, living life.
“In Italy, this music is just in the people, a part of everyday life.
“It inspires the young and old, to dance and sing together – it makes a bridge between generations.

Serenata, which means ‘to sing in your honour’ is a collection of songs said to be ‘perfectly suited’ to the voice which has propelled him to musical stardom, as he makes the songs his own.
Boe’s tour begins in Newcastle, before heading to Liverpool’s Echo Arena on November 30 and Manchester’s Phones 4U Arena on December 6.
