VIDEO: Fund-raiser in memory of Yuto

A musical gathering in memory of tragic youngster Yuto Rice saw 36 bands take to the stage yesterday at the Fleetwood Marine Hall.

Yuto Fest, which was first held in 2011, is a legacy for three-year-old Yuto who died last year after battling a heart condition.

His parents Daz and Maki hope to have raised about £10,000 from the festival which will go to three charities which are Brian House, Rainbow Trust and Magic Moments.

Performers ranged from wandering minstrels The Plough Folk to The People, winners of Blackpool Sixth Form College’s Battle of the Bands competition.
