Competitors of all ages showcased their skills in the three disciplines of speech, singing and instrumental music at the Fleetwood Music and Arts Festival.
This year’s event, held at Shakespeare Primary School in the town, attracted participants from across the Fylde, and from further afield including the Isle of Man, Cumbria and Liverpool.
Lesley Amos, entry secretary, said: “The previous committee has retired so the event went very well considering we had a new committee and we are just finding our feet with a one-day event this year.
“Everything went brilliantly and lots of people turned up.
“We had competitors of all ages, with the youngest being just five. The marks were high and the competitors were well presented.
“We’re already looking forward to next year.”
