Opposites attract in offbeat comedy

Lauren Reynolds (Drew Barrymore) is a single mother with two young sons, Brendan (Braxton Beckham) and Tyler (Kyle Red Silverstein), who isn’t sure that she will ever find love again.

Single father Jim Friedman (Adam Sandler) is in a similar position, always putting the happiness of his three daughters Hilary (Bella Thorne), Espn (Emma Fuhrmann) and Lou (Alyvia Alyn Lind) ahead of his own.

Following a disastrous blind date, Lauren and Jim vow never to see each other again and give up on romance.

Instead, both parents take their respective broods to a luxurious African safari resort for a week of animal magic.

As fate would have it, Lauren and Jim end up in the same resort and are forced to share a suite.

Battle lines are drawn between the Reynolds and Friedman clans but animosity between the parents mellows into unexpected attraction.
