A THORNTON man breached bail conditions for the third time when he went to visit a woman in St Annes.
Stephen Hatton, 39, of Brookfield Road, Thornton, admitted failing to comply with conditions of his bail.

Blackpool magistrates agreed to rebail him.

Craig Cleminson, prosecuting, said Hatton had been bailed providing he did not contact the woman or go to St. Annes.

But he was found at her house in St Alban’s Road on Wednesday.

He had breached his bail twice before.

Howard Green, defending, said after Hatton was previously accused of breaching his bail he became ill and had to be taken to hospital.

Hatton was kept in hospital and was told by a police officer he would not have to face court on that occasion.

Hatton then believed all the conditions on his bail had been dropped and he went to see the woman.
