Last week was the first full week of January and for most of us the first full week for our New Year’s resolutions.
So how did you do? Did you do well or not so well? If you did well, that’s amazing! Well done you. If you didn’t do well ... so what?

Hide AdWe are now in a new week, number two of 52, so whether last week went well or badly it was only a small piece of the jigsaw.
You have plenty of time to achieve your goals and one bad week doesn’t mean failure. Consistency is everything and it is about finishing the month with more good weeks than bad ones.
Use each week to learn. What did you do well? What worked for you? What didn’t work so well? What needs a little more work?
Keep doing that each week and over time you will build a lifestyle you can sustain for the rest of your life. It’s a process, not a quick fix, and it needs to work for you.
