Lancashire held up by rain at Old Trafford
Heavy rain overnight and early morning meant that no play was possible before lunch on the final day of the Specsavers County Championship match between Lancashire and Essex at Old Trafford.
The wet outfield was mopped up all morning by the ground staff and, with an improved weather forecast, there is a chance of play at some stage after the lunch interval.
