Fleetwood Town defender Conor McLaughlin will miss Northern Ireland’s potential Euro 2016 decider against Greece.

The right-back’s booking in last night’s 1-1 draw with Hungary means he will be suspended for the October 8 clash.

That does not mean McLaughlin will be available for Town - who face Coventry City the same weekend.

Michael O’Neill’s side face Finland in their final Euro 2016 qualifier three-days later.

The 24-year-old will only serve a one-match ban making him available for that match and likely to be included in the squad.

Northern Ireland need a win over Greece to ensure their Euro 2016 qualification.

They will also be without goal-machine Kyle Lafferty, whose late equaliser last night kept them top of group F and Chris Baird who was sent off in a controversial double-booking.
