Fleetwood Town will face Burton Albion at Highbury in the second round of the FA Cup.
After recording their first ever Football League victory against The Brewers last season, Town have not had the best of luck against Gary Rowett’s men, conceding seven goals in two home games, including a 3-2 reverse earlier this season.
Ties will be played the weekend of December 7.
Graham Alexander was pleased to see Fleetwood rewarded for their win against Gloucester with a home fixture and is expecting another exciting encounter and a chance to avenge this season’s defeat.
“I’m pleased with the home draw,” he said
“It means that the fans avoid another long trip and it will attract more of them on the day.
“We will be focusing on some important games before then but we know that it will be a match between two good teams.
“We let ourselves down for about 25 minutes against Burton in the league at Highbury but were fantastic in the rest of the game so hopefully we can match the standard of our comeback.”
