Hartlepool play the right way, says Bowyer
The Seasiders come into this weekend's game as one of the country's most in-form sides, having picked up 13 points out of a possible 15 from their last five fixtures.
But Bowyer knows 21st placed Hartlepool, who have won three out of their last six, will pose his side plenty of problems.

Hide Ad“They’re fighting for their lives but they’re a good team," he said.
“I’ve watched them this week and they’ve got some good individuals. They play the game the right way.
“But it’s going to be up to us to be able to impose ourselves and it’s about how we play and what we do to keep this run going.
“But like I often say, I always want more from my players and I’ll only demand that if I think there’s more in there and there certainly is.”

Hide AdBlackpool are currently enjoying an eight-match unbeaten run which has taken them to within a point of the League Two play-offs.
When asked what has been the secret to their recent success, the Pool boss added: “We’ve always known the performances have been there it’s just the consistency that has been the problem.
“It’s a case of putting the performances together and backing that up with wins and at this moment in time we’re doing that.
“But we have to keep doing that because we’re up for the challenge on Saturday against Hartlepool.

Hide Ad“They’re going to be buoyed by the 1,500 fans they’re bringing and their fans will make a day out of it, possibly a night out.
“But we’ve got to make sure we’re on the front foot again and go about our business.”
