A POULTON business has come up with an idea which is earning national success.

Fylde Enterprises is selling its unique Ice Bag to some of the biggest retailers in Britain.

Supermarket giant Morrisons has taken an order of thousands of the bags which are fast becoming a sell-out at its stores across the country.

The Ice Bag keeps drinks chilled for hours and has already proved to be a massive hit at some events on the sporting calendar.

Thousands were sold at the recent Royal Ascot festival and April's Grand National - and even the organisers of Elton John's concert at Liberty Stadium in Swansea this summer have placed a massive order for them.

In just six months, orders for the bags have rocketed, with Co-op stores now joining a long list of retailers wanting to get their hands on them.

Dave Brand, managing director of Fylde Enterprises, came up with the idea while on holiday.

He said: "The success of the product has been phenomenal."
