A POULTON pub which was once a popular live music venue could be demolished and replaced with luxury apartments.
The Royal Oak, on Breck Road, closed earlier this year but had previously played host to all kinds of rock bands.
Now plans have been submitted to Wyre Council to demolish the empty pub and build a three-storey block of 14 apartments in its place.
Keystone Design Associates, which is based on Church Street, has submitted the application for the flats, which will vary in size but will all have two bedrooms.
