A 66-year-old man has been charged with murdering his wife at their Fylde coast home.
Janet Norton, 64, was found badly injured inside a log cabin at Willowgrove Park, off Sandy Lane, Preesall, on Friday.
She was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where she later died.
Her husband Geoffrey Norton has been charged with murder and is due to appear before Wyre magistrates on Monday.
A post mortem has revealed Mrs Norton died as a result of suffering serious head injuries.
