WYRE Housing Association believes a move by its housing staff from Poulton to Fleetwood will help improve the service for its tenants.
The association, part of the housing group Regenda, opened its new Lord Street office on March 18, closing its Premier House offices at Poulton.

This local office in Fleetwood is now open to residents on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 9am to 1pm.

A Wyre Housing spokesman said: "The Regenda Group has reorganised the way it works to provide a more effective and efficient service after customers said they wanted to see staff out and about more, listening to their concerns.

"They also wanted a fast efficient service for more routine enquiries such as repairs and rent enquiries."

But the spokesman said the best way for all customers to contact Wyre Housing Association for all enquires is to ring RegendaFirst on 0844 736 0066 for an instant response.

Lines are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm.
