Hit and run victim awakes from coma
A POULTON man has awoken from a coma following a hit and run accident.
Ryan Neale, 23, was seriously injured in an accident on April 5.
He was the victim of a hit and run driver in Thailand.
Now his parents have just heard the news that he has finally opened his eyes.
He is still in a "serious" condition at the Pattaya Hospital in Bangkok after being flung from his moped into a lamp post.
