ELEVEN daredevils are bracing themselves for a skydive in memory of a special baby boy.

Under expert guidance from the Black Knights Parachute team at Cockerham, 11 family and friends of Mike Towne and Emma McElhinney will plunge 10,000 from a plane to raise money for Callum’s Crusade.

The appeal was set up in memory of their baby boy Callum who died from meningitis in January and has so far raised a staggering £13,000 for Meningitis UK.

Said Emma: “So far the skydiving team has raised more than £1,000 but there is more money to come. We will be going down to support them on Saturday, it’s a brave thing to do!”
