Plans have been unveiled to build 14 news homes on land next to the Jolly Sailor pub in Fleetwood.
An application has been submitted to Wyre Council for permission to build 12 three-bedroom properties.
The Radcliffe Road proposal also includes two four-bedroom houses to be built at the former cash and carry on the site.
The plans, submitted by Keystone Design Associates on behalf of Blackpool-based firm Jack Turner Property, would see the vacant 428m sq plot of land brought back into use as houses.
According to the designs, the homes would all have a garden, garage and car parking space.
The plans are available to view on the Wyre Council website.
The targeted date for a decision on the application has been set for October.
