Across Blackpool and the Fylde, 24 planning applications were validated last week, meaning the council had checked they were complete and included all relevant supporting information.
They include changes to plans for Lowther Gardens and RoyaL Lytham & St Annes Golf Club, as well as the construction of two homes and the conversion of homes into flats among other applications.

Application validated on May 20 for external alterations to ground floor fenestration and use of ground floor as altered as 1no.2 bedroom self contained apartment.
4. 2 Candlewood Avenue, Blackpool FY4 5GX
Application validated on May 20 for external alterations and use of existing double garage as ancillary living accomodation.
5. The Elms Cottage, 4 Clifton Drive, Lytham St Annes FY8 5PP
Application validated on May 20 for replacement of 7 no timber windows with upvc windows, partial render of north east and south east facing elevations of the dwelling.
6. 144 Cornwall Avenue, Blackpool FY2 9QR
Application validated on May 21 for erection of a single storey rear extension.
